Shipping Policy (2026)

In-stock / ready-to-ship items: Products marked with a green badge reading “In Stock – Ships Same Day” are already at our fulfillment warehouse and ready to ship. These items are not pre-orders and will typically be processed within the same or next business day. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
New-release inventory: Some newly released products may already be fully produced but still be in transit to our fulfillment warehouse. These items are not considered pre-orders, but fulfillment may take approximately 4–6 weeks while inventory arrives and is processed. The expected shipping timeline will be displayed on the product page before purchase.
Pre-orders: Pre-orders may take approximately 2–3 months (about 60–90 days) for production and shipping, depending on demand, factory schedules, logistics, and unexpected delays. The applicable pre-order timeline will be displayed on the product page.
We send email updates whenever there is meaningful new information regarding your order. Please check your inbox regularly, including promotions and spam folders, to avoid missing important notices.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your items, size, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing checkout.
Shipping address changes: If you need to update your shipping address, email support@wholeopolis.world with your order number and new full address.
Address changes can only be made before a shipping label or tracking number has been created. Once your shipping label has been generated and your order has entered fulfillment, we can no longer guarantee that any shipping information can be changed.

If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or outdated address provided with the order, Wholeopolis is not responsible for the failed delivery.
If you would like the package to be shipped again, a $30 re-delivery fee will be required to cover re-processing, fulfillment, and the creation of a new shipping label.
To arrange re-delivery, please email us at support@wholeopolis.world with your order number and your new full address. Your package will be re-shipped after the re-delivery fee has been paid.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges vary by destination and are outside of Wholeopolis' control.
Please check with your local customs office for information regarding possible charges before purchasing.
Wholeopolis cannot calculate, guarantee, reimburse, or cover customs duties, taxes, or import fees in advance.

If your package appears to be lost while in transit, please contact us at support@wholeopolis.world with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, when applicable, open an investigation or claim with the shipping carrier.
Carrier investigations and claims are subject to the carrier's own procedures, response times, and final determination.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building or mailroom, and the shipping carrier first. Wholeopolis is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided with the order.

We do not ship on holidays.
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, fulfillment delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
