1. Overview

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the site.

2. Online Store Terms

You confirm you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent). You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose or transmit malicious code. Any breach may result in immediate termination of your access.

3. General Conditions

We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason permitted by law. Non-card data may be transferred unencrypted over networks; payment data is encrypted in transit.

4. Information Accuracy

Content on our site may not always be current or complete. Use it at your own risk. We can modify site content at any time without obligation to update prior posts.

5. Prices, Availability & Modifications

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. We are not liable for such changes.

6. Products & Colors

Some items may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We try to display colors accurately but cannot guarantee your screen’s display.

7. Orders, Pre-Orders & Shipping

7.1 Orders
We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email/phone provided at checkout.

7.2 Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders are charged at checkout and ship on a future date.

  • Production and delivery may take up to 2–3 months (about 60–90 days) depending on factory schedules, logistics, and shipping delays.

  • Because pre-orders are custom-planned and produced, they are non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.

Pre-Order Updates
We send real-time updates by email whenever there is new information about your order (weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed). Please check your inbox regularly, including promotions/spam folders, so you don’t miss important shipping notices.

Pre-Order Address Changes
We understand situations can change during the wait, and we want to make sure your order is delivered to the correct address. If you need your shipping address updated, email us at support@wholeopolis.world with your order number and your new full address. Address changes are allowed only if a tracking number has not yet been created. Once a tracking number is printed, we can no longer make changes, and the order will ship to the original address provided at checkout.

7.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks a package as delivered to the address you provided. Lost/stolen packages after delivery are outside our control; please contact the carrier and your local authorities/insurer.

7.4 Returns of Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item received.
⚠️ Do not return any items unless we confirm and instruct you to do so. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

7.5 Returned Packages & Shipping Insurance

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we cannot accept responsibility for the original shipping.

  • Customers with shipping insurance are eligible for a free re-shipment.

  • Customers without insurance will be required to pay a $7 re-delivery fee before we can create a new tracking label. To complete re-shipment, please email us at support@wholeopolis.world with your order number and updated full address.

8. Billing & Account Information

Provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases. Promptly update your email, payment details, and addresses so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. For more detail, review our Refund Policy.

9. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

10. User Content & Feedback

If you send us comments, ideas, or submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to compensate or respond. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

11. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy (see the policy link on our site).

12. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

We may correct errors or update information (including pricing, descriptions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability) without prior notice, including after you submit an order where permitted by law.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site or its content for unlawful purposes; to violate laws or intellectual property rights; to harass or defame others; to submit false information; to upload malware; to collect others’ personal information; to spam; or to circumvent security. We may terminate your use for violations.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. The service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties except where prohibited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wholeopolis and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow such exclusions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wholeopolis and our affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect to the fullest extent permitted.

17. Termination

Obligations incurred before termination survive termination. We may terminate or suspend access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our posted policies (including Refund Policy and Privacy Policy), are the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior versions.

19. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and applicable federal law. Courts located in Indiana will have exclusive jurisdiction, where permitted.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Effective date.” Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. These Terms were last updated on January 5, 2025.
