Refund Policy (2025)

1. 7-Day Window After Delivery

You have a 7-day window after your order is delivered to your door to request a refund or exchange.

2. Commitment to Our Customers

Our top priority is making sure you’re satisfied with your order. If you have concerns about your pre-order or believe it isn’t working out for you, please contact support@wholeopolis.world with your order number. We are committed to working with you to find the best solution.

Reaching out to us first ensures a faster and smoother solution than going through your bank. We value clear communication and believe issues are best resolved directly between us and our customers.

Pre-order cancelations: If you have waited at least 3 full month and your pre-order has not shipped, you may request a cancellation and refund.


3. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged at checkout and ship on a future date.

Production and delivery may take up to 2–3 months (about 60–90 days) depending on factory schedules, logistics, and shipping delays.

Because pre-orders are custom-planned and produced, they are non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of defective or incorrect items — unless you have already waited at least one month, in which case Section 2 applies.

Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.

Pre-Order Updates
We send real-time updates by email whenever there is new information about your order (weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed).

Pre-Order Address Changes
We understand situations can change during the wait, and we want to make sure your order is delivered to the correct address. If you need your shipping address updated, email support@wholeopolis.world with your order number and your new full address.

Address changes are allowed only if a tracking number has not yet been created. Once a tracking number is printed, we can no longer make changes.


4. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, or a defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number, and

  • A clear photo of the item received.

⚠️ Do not return any items to us unless we confirm and instruct you to do so. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

We will review your case and provide next steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


5. Returned Packages & Shipping Insurance

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Customers with shipping insurance are eligible for a free re-shipment.

Customers without insurance will be required to pay a $7 re-delivery fee before we can create a new tracking label. To complete re-shipment, please email us at support@wholeopolis.world with your order number and updated full address.


6. Returns & Exchanges After Delivery

  • If you request a refund after delivery, you must return the product.

  • Customers are responsible for paying a $7 return shipping fee for us to generate the return label.

  • If you request an exchange but your size/style is not available, you will receive a refund instead, minus the same $7 fee.

  • Free shipping is included on your original order, but if you choose to return your item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
